Steps
Step One
Open Outlook and click on “Tools.”
Step Two
Click on “Email Accounts.”
Step Three
Use the set-up wizard. This will open automatically. Click the radio button beside “Add a new email account.” Leave both radio buttons under Directory blank. Click “Next.”
Step Four
Enter the type of server your Internet provider uses. In most cases, this will be the Pop3 server .
Step Five
Supply the name that you want to appear on your outgoing emails. This name will appear on every email you send out. It can make email identification much easier if you instantly see who is sending and receiving the email messages.
Step Six
Type the email address given to you by your Internet provider into the Email Address field.
Step Seven
Fill out the fields under Logon Information only if you want your computer to remember your password when you sign on.
Step Eight
Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server addresses used by your Internet provider under Server Information. The Inloco incoming server is called mail.webapps.co.za. If you are an ADSL client, your outgoing server address is smtp.isdsl.net, no click “Next” and then “Finish.”
