Microsoft® Outlook® 2000: E-mail Setup

1.Open
Outlook by clicking on Start > Programs > Microsoft Outlook.

2. Click on Tools
> Accounts...
|
 |
|
|
|
3. Click the Add
button. Select Mail.
|
 |
|
|
|
4. The Internet
Connection Wizard opens.
Enter your name in the Display name field.
Click Next.
|

5. Select I
already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use. and enter your e-mail
address. Click Next.
|
 |

|
6. In the E-mail
Server Names dialog box leave POP3 selected for the My incoming server
is a POP3 server field. In the Incoming mail server field enter mail.webapps.co.za.
In the Outgoing mail server field enter smtp.dial-up.net if you
have an Inloco dial up account, or the name of SMTP server supplied by your ISP.
Click Next.

7. Enter your
username In the Account name field, and your password In the Password
field. Check the Remember password checkbox if you want Outlook to remember
your password. Click Next.

8. Click Finish.
